half-open system

The open pressing system has a maximum juice drainage surface, due to the slots on one side of the press drum. Because of the arrangement and shape of the slots, the juice quality is certain and clogging of the slots os prevented.

tank press

In the closed pressing system the press drum has juice channels on the inside of the drum which are easy disassembled or hinged. These juice channels have narrow slots that allow the pressed juice to flow directly through the juice drain spouts into the juice tray.

dual pressing system

The dual press system combines the advantages of the open and closed press systems. You can press with the open or closed pressing sytsem as needed. Juice channels, which can be mounted on the outside of the press drum, are easy to assemble/disassemble, offering long-term flexibility.

The juice drainage is monitored throughout the entire pressing process and constantly optimizing the pressing pressures. This leads to highly efficient pressing that ensures optimal and a most gentle juice extraction.

There is a large-area tempering zone on the press tank jacket made of laser-welded pillow plate for effective cooling/heating. The cooling jacket can be filled with water, water/glycol or glycol.

Almost 90% of the refrigerating energy impacts directly on the press drum due to the external insulation. The stainless steel cover plates are welded at the seams and thus ensure rapid and economic cleansing operations.

temp-control

This system gives the operator the ability to pre-select the desired grape or must temperature for further processing. The pressing program is started under control once the pre-set temperature is reached.

flow divide

air pulse

inert ECO

  • inert gas blanketing of the press drum

The press drum can be preloaded with inert gas. This makes it possible to have longer maceration times in the absence of atmospheric oxygen. During the pressing process, inert gas flows in during vacuum drawing. The possibility of conventional pressing still exists.

inert Pro

  • fully automatic inert gas function

The inert gas system ensures absolutely reductive pressing processes. By modifying the supply and exhaust air paths on the press drum, the juice channel system as well as the hermetically sealed juice tray ensure that the juice comes into contact only with the inert gas during the entire pressing process.
