Our technologies
Slope system
solutions for
all performance areas
We attach great importance to processing grapes on a gradient principle for all technologies. However, we understand this technology to be the special feature of reception systems in buildings that are built on a slope. The grapes can be processed over several levels from the grape reception to the destemmer to the press without a pumping process.
Movable hopper
solutions for
special applications
Movable hopper solutions can be used in different ways. With movable hoppers, it is possible to gently transport fresh mash, fermented mash or even whole grapes. From a technological point of view, the movable hopper can replace pump systems or auger conveyor systems. Movable hopper solutions require careful performance testing, as the cycle rate and batch size define the maximum performance of this system. Movable hopper solutions can be combined with almost all technology systems and represent one of the most gentle technologies.
Inclined grape tray
solutions for
medium to high receiption capacities
At medium-sized and large wineries and winegrowers‘ cooperatives, grapes are often delivered with trailers. These are tipped sideways or via the rear into a large inclined grape trough. The grapes are then conveyed via a destemmer into a pump hopper. From there, the grapes are pumped to selected destinations such as the presses or tanks via a large eccentric auger pump. The pump only runs slowly in order to convey the grapes or mash gently. The pipework is designed to be flow-optimised and short distances are taken into account.
Conveyor technology
solutions for
small to medium receiption capacities
The grapes are delivered in harvest boxes. These are placed on the conveyor system. In the conveyor system, the full boxes are automatically tipped, washed and also stacked for reuse and discharged from the conveyor system.
After tipping, the grapes can be further processed in a movable hopper or a grape incline tray.
Crane system
solutions for
small to medium receiption capacities
This system proves to be extremely flexible and cost-effective when it comes to feeding grapes or mash into a press or mash fermentation tank without pumping. In many cases, installation in existing buildings can be carried out with reasonable effort, and installation is even easier in single-level hall constructions.
