Grape Reception Tower System:

  • Scharfen­berger grape reception tower in autonomous steel construction.
  • Can be rebuilt at another location in the same way.
  • Integrated crane system for simultaneous lifting and emptying of two Breisach bins
  • Inclined trough with integrated juice pre-chamber, pneumatic closure, and screw conveyor for material transport
  • Catwalk with staircase and ladder for safe access to the inclined trough
  • Destemming machine type AS25, optionally combinable with movable grape crusher
  • Catwalks around the destemming machine for convenient cleaning and maintenance
  • Two pump hoppers beneath the destemming machine with integrated scale and Oechsle measurement
  • Mash transport via eccentric screw pump type SP20 to up to eleven processing targets, pipeline Ø 125 mm
  • Stem disposal via retractable screw conveyor with container docking at the end
  • System control
