Grape reception with wine press house and tank farm
Complete planning and modernisation of the grape reception and the wine press house
Grape reception:
- Capacity: up to 300 to/day
- Concept for reception via self dumping trailers
- Must weight and weight sampling aswell as Foss-sampling in the grape reception
Wine press house:
- 6 Europress-Pneumatic presses with a volume of the drum from 10.000 ltr. to 25.000 ltr. aswell as a small press for handling of specialities
- Mash pipes in stainless steel DN 125
- Enlargement of the mash storage and the mash fermentation capacity (4 x 15.000 ltr, 6 x 20.000 ltr.)
- Separate line for selections integrated in the complete system
- Control of the complete system with visualisation
