Suggested solutions from the development phase are refined, plans substantiated with architects or structural engineers. Then the exact costs are determined – with a subsequent invitation to tender if desired.

Long-term, trouble-free operation of the complete plant is guaranteed.

This system proves extremely flexible and inexpensive where feeding of grapes or mash into a press or mash fermentation tank without pumping is concerned. In many cases it can be installed in existing buildings at reasonable expense and installation in a hall layout on one level is even easier.

Existing reception systems or reception components often have to be integrated into a total concept in medium-sized and large wineries and wine co-operatives. The complexity of the building is an argument against installation of simple technologies. In order to achieve high reception rates with optimum quality preservation nevertheless, lifting-tipping systems are an interesting alternative. Pumping distance can be reduced enormously or replaced completely here.

We principally place great emphasis on grape processing by the gravity principle in all technologies. However, we understand this technology as the special nature of reception systems in buildings built on a hillside. The components used here differ considerably from those of a lifting-tipping system depending on the performance area.

Moving hopper solutions can be used in different applications. Moving hoppers enable gentle transport of fresh mash, fermented mash or whole grapes. Technologically, the moving hopper can replace pump systems of screw conveyor systems.

Moving hopper solutions require careful examination of performance because the cycle rate and batch size define the maximum performance of this system. Moving hopper solutions can be combined with almost all technology systems and represent one of the gentlest technologies to the product.
