From Nieder-Olm to California - our presentations on trade shows in january

Just starting the new year we were on various national and international trade shows and had the opportunity to present our new Europress series from 6 to 60 hl and the Braud harvester with his multifunctional possibilities.

As well in 2006, meeting point were the viticulture days in Neustadt, Veitshöchheim and Nieder-Olm. On our new place in Nieder-Olm we exposed our new Europress press series, the EuroSelect belt destemmer and various vibrating tables and transport belts.

Generally there is lot of interest for a year through work of the grape harvester. With the Braud harvester we can offer a machine, having high harvesting quality and efficiency as well as multifunctional possibilities. The harvester could be equipped with a 3- or 4-row sprayer, a leaf remover, a leaf cutter or soil working machines and can so work throughout the year.

Even with snow and ice, the viticulture days were well visited and we could welcome a lot of long year friends and interested customers.

We had a premier this year on the Hungarian viticulture and winery trade show "Szölészet és Pincészet" in Budapest. On a common booth with Fekoral, a daughter company of Rieger Behälterbau, we exposed for the first time in Budapest. The complete trade show was marked by the great interest of the Hungarian winemakers in modern, quality driven working procedures. From great interest were our new Europress series, the belt destemmer EuroSelect and the vibrating and selecting tables.

On the Sival in Angers/France and the Agrovina in Martigny/Switzerland everything was around the presentation of the new Europress. That new series has great success by his new optical and technical concept. The bigger volumes and the new 6 and 9 hl types were widely accepted by the visitors.

End of January we then crossed the ocean for the Unified Trade Show in Sacramento/California. A central theme was the gentle handling during grape processing, so that the American winemakers were highly interested in our belt destemmer EuroSelect. Due to the multifunctional possibilities, the Braud harvester is widely asked for in the last years in the US. Many wineries are working their vineyards throughout the year, and more cost-efficient, by using the chassis with different applications, as 3- or 4-row sprayers, soil working machines, leaf cutters, leaf removers, etc.

Beyond that, the machine is used as well for harvesting olives and black currant.
