After a succesful harvest 2007 on the northern hemisphere, our new Europress-Cool has proved its excellent press capacities in January/February 2008 on the southern hemisphere. The press with cooling jacket, that was presented on the Intervitis Interfructa 2007, is currently in action at Laibach Vineyards in Stellenbosch/South Africa with the renowned oenologist Stefan Dorst and his team.

During a presentation at Laibach Vineyards South African oenologists and winemakers got detailed information about the new Europress-Cool. The presentation was done by our responsible export manager Dieter Heckel and our distributor CDS Vintec. The visitors were all impressed by the exceptional functioning and workmanship of the press.
