Succesful baptism of fire!
Moselland eG Winzergenossenschaft and Hessische Staatsweingüter Kloster Eberbach

The new grape receptions with crush pad and tank storage of Moselland eG in Wiltingen/Germany and Hessische Staatsweingüter Kloster Eberbach in Eltville/Germany have had a succesful first vintage.

The ultra modern installation of Moselland eG in Wiltingen has a capacity of appr. 60 t/h. The grape reception has 2 big receiving bins with 12 000 l each and a reception line for bin transportation. All 3 lines have a full automatic sugar measurement, weighing and grape registration system.

The pressing station of Moselland eG consists of 4 Europress grape presses (some movable). Over the presses, 8 mash tanks with 16 000 l each are situated, as well as a mash distributing auger. Pomace and stem transport and a tank storage of more then 500 000 l complete the installation.

The modern installation at Hessische Staatsweingüter Kloster Eberbach in Eltville has a receiving system of appr. 20 t/h. The reception goes over 2 selection lines, each with selecting vibrating table and destemmer. A movable hopper (volume of 4 000 l) over the presses guarantees a gentle transport of the grapes.

The press station at Hessische Staatsweingüter consists of 5 Europress grape presses with 2 400 l to 8 000 l drum volume, as closed type tank presses, and a huge tank storage.

The complete planning and realization of both projects was carried out by our subsidiary company R+S Kelterhaus und Kellereitechnologie GmbH (www.rskelterhaus.de).
