Inauguration of the new crushing station at Anton winery
In time for the start of the harvest, the new crushing station at Anton winery was inaugurated. This ultra-modern station was built in less than 6 months and can process more then 250 tons per day. The crushing station has 4 receptions which enable to process the grapes separately. 3 Europress pneumatic presses with 15.000 liters each, open and closed system, guarantee the gentle pressing of the grapes. Big volume stainless steel augers for fast output of pomace and stems and a big tank storage complete the crushing station.
